At ACE Clothing Company Ltd, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and deliver your items safely and efficiently.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland.


2. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 5–7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

During busy periods such as back-to-school season, processing times may be slightly longer.

Where an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.


3. Delivery Methods

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout and may include:

  • Standard UK Delivery
  • Click & Collect

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and delivery location.

Any free delivery promotions will be clearly stated on the website.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Delivery: 24-48 hours
  • Click & Collect: Notification will be sent when ready for collection

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


6. Click & Collect

If Click & Collect is available:

  • You will receive notification when your order is ready for collection
  • Please do not travel to collect until you receive confirmation
  • Proof of purchase may be required on collection

Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be cancelled or returned to stock.


7. Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Events outside our reasonable control

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied at checkout.

Additional charges may apply if parcels are returned to us and need to be resent.

If you notice you have ordered to an incorrect address please get in touch immediately. 


9. Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Claims for missing items should be reported within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
